My mom sent me this photo of the cake she and her friend's shared on election night. I kind of think I'm going to throw an America party next November 4th so we can all remember just how awesome that day felt.
The cake was as yummy as it was pretty. It was chocolate and made by our local bakery using local ingredients, including, I think, flour milled at Upper Canada Village.
Wouldn't it be great if we were celebrating one year of positive developments on November 4, 2009?
